FAQs

Can I add training after I complete my registration?
Yes, you can register today and add training to your Sessions pass later by signing back in your profile. Please note that training courses have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do group passes work?

If you purchase a minimum of five full conference passes in a single transaction, you’ll get $200 off each pass. Additional registration codes cannot be applied to the discounted group price. Group passes can be purchased through Friday, April 10, 2026, or until registration reaches capacity—whichever comes first.

Group pass purchasers get a unique registration link to share with their team. The link expires when all passes have been claimed.

Do you have a justification letter to help persuade my organization to sponsor my attendance?
Yes, we provide a justification letter template that you can customize. We look forward to seeing you at Sessions.
Can I request an accessibility accommodation to attend the event?

We’re happy to make any reasonable accommodations you might need to attend Sessions.

The following will be available on-site:

  • Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options at all meals

We can accommodate other dietary requirements—including kosher and halal—which you can request when completing your Sessions registration.

Registered service dogs are welcome on-site, but pets and companion animals are not permitted. If your registered service dog will be accompanying you, please let us know by emailing registration@stripesessions.com.

Please note that we cannot assist with accessibility requests outside of Moscone West and Yerba Buena Gardens, but we can provide relevant contact information for official Sessions hotels.

Is there a minimum age requirement to attend?
The minimum age to attend Sessions in person is 18. No one under 18 (including infants) will be admitted.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

You may transfer your paid pass to another person at your company. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@stripesessions.com before 5:00 pm PT on Friday, April 24, 2026, after which transfers will not be allowed.

Passes purchased with a complimentary discount code are nontransferable.

Can I modify or cancel my registration?

If you need to modify or cancel your registration, please email us at registration@stripesessions.com.

Refund policy:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before Friday, March 20, 2026, at 5:00 pm PT: Full refund of registration fee minus a $100 administration fee.
  • Cancellation requests received between Friday, March 20, 2026, at 5:01 pm PT and Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:00 pm PT: 50% refund of registration fee.
  • No refunds after Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:01 pm PT.
  • Passes purchased as a part of a group bundle cannot be individually refunded.
  • All passes purchased on-site at the event are considered final sale and a free code cannot be used.
Can I modify or cancel my training pass?

Change/refund policy:

  • You may change, cancel for refund, or transfer your training course(s) selection at no cost through April 10, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation requests made after 5:00 pm PT on Friday, April 10, 2026 are not eligible for refunds, but you can transfer your seat to another registrant at no cost.
  • All training passes purchased on-site at the event are considered final sale.
