We’re looking for talk proposals from analytical thinkers with unique points of view and a passion for public speaking. Submit a talk about a problem you solved, a question worth reframing, or an idea the industry hasn't caught up to yet.

Call for papers FAQs

Who can submit a proposal to speak at Sessions?
We welcome submissions from individuals and teams at all experience levels—first-time presenters and seasoned speakers alike.
What content performs best with the audience at Sessions?
Our audience responds best to talks with a strong point of view—real data, real decisions, real outcomes. Insider angles and contrarian takes tend to land well. Broad overviews and product pitches, less so.
What are the submission guidelines?

Submissions should include:

  • Talk title and description
  • A recording that best demonstrates your speaking style
How long should my talk be?
Your talk should run for approximately 30 minutes.
How do I submit a proposal?
Submit your proposal through our online form. Make sure you complete all required fields before submitting. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
What’s the deadline for submissions?
Submissions close November 3, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
Will I be notified if my submission is not accepted?
Yes, all applicants will hear back from us by November 16, 2026. Whether your proposal is accepted or not, we appreciate your interest in contributing to Sessions.
Are there any fees to present at Sessions?
There are no fees to present at Sessions. Presenters receive complimentary admission and discounted hotel rates.
What content support is provided for presenters?
If your proposal is accepted, we’ll give you resources to help structure, design, and promote your talk to our audience—so you walk onstage confident and prepared.
What are the benefits of presenting?
Presenting at Sessions 2027 puts you onstage in front of thousands of builders, founders, leaders, and executives. You’ll grow your reputation, connect with peers in payments and financial technology, and have your talk professionally recorded and published in our on-demand library.

FAQs

Can I request an accessibility accommodation to attend the event?

We’re happy to make any reasonable accommodations you might need to attend Sessions.
The following are available on-site:

  • Captioning
  • Lactation room
  • Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options at all meals

We can accommodate other dietary requirements—including kosher and halal—which you can request when completing your Sessions registration.

To request accommodations not listed, email us at registration@stripesessions.com at least 30 days before the event.

Registered service dogs are welcome on-site, but pets and companion animals are not permitted. If your registered service dog will be accompanying you, let us know by emailing registration@stripesessions.com.

We can’t assist with accessibility requests outside of Moscone North & South and Yerba Buena Gardens.

Is there a minimum age requirement to attend?
We can’t admit anyone under the age of 18, including infants.
Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

You can transfer your paid pass to another person at your company. Email your transfer request to registration@stripesessions.com before 5:00 pm PT on Friday, April 30, 2027. We can’t process transfers after that date.

Passes purchased with a complimentary discount code are nontransferable.

Can I modify or cancel my registration?

To modify or cancel your registration, email us at registration@stripesessions.com.

Refund policy:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before Friday, March 26, 2027, at 5:00 pm PT: full refund of registration fee minus a $100 administration fee.
  • Cancellation requests received between Friday, March 26, 2027, at 5:01 pm PT and Friday, April 16, 2027, at 5:00 pm PT: 50% refund of registration fee.
  • No refunds after Friday, April 16, 2027, at 5:01 pm PT.
  • Passes purchased as a part of a group bundle can’t be individually refunded.
  • All passes purchased on-site are final, and complimentary codes don’t apply.
